From Alan Finger:
In order to help trouble-stricken areas in the world, one needs to be reminded that we are all connected. Like a drop from the sea, we each have our own identity, shape, and form, but we all are made up of the same substance and come from the same ocean of consciousness. Our minds make us seem separate and distant, as the mind and the senses are dependent on time and space. Once the mind has been quieted, it is easy to direct electromagnetic forces that move beyond the speed of light to anywhere on our planet at any time.
In regards to the devastation that has stricken Japan, the war in Libya, and all the other conflict-ridden areas of the world, people can direct attention to create abundance for whatever they feel others need or for what they need themselves; love for healing and insight to be creative in recovery, to name a couple. Here are the tools to create positive energy that can move beyond borders, communities, family and any other lines that divide humanity. We are all one and can help influence each other energetically and otherwise on a global level.
1. To create abundance, use the mantra Om Lakshmi Vam Shri Kamaladaram Swaha 27 times, directing the feeling of abundance to the area that is affected. One can use an image of the disaster area, or the country in general to direct the field of energy to it.
2. To develop an intense feeling of unconditional love in your heart, just pure loving, bring your hands into Anjali mudra (prayer pose) and use the mantra Om Namo Narayanaya 27 times to the area and all beings.
3. To direct unbound intelligence in order to inspire beings, feel that you draw universal awareness in through bramharandra (the top fontanel) on the inhalation using the mantra Om and on the exhalation, direct it out through the keshertram point of ajna, which is between the eyebrows and a little bit above, using the mantra Shanthi. Do this 9 times.
Hari Om, Om Tat Sat.
