It's so amusing how you titled this post as "mad love." The yoga pose that was performed in this video is excellent and awe-inspiring. I've been doing yoga for almost a year now. I might say that my flexibility, strength, and stamina have developed greatly. Doing yoga really helps us to be healed mentally and physically. It also increases our circulation and respiration.Chick Boardman
